Cette sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9, qui permet \u00e0 la fois de partager et de transmettre un savoir-faire li\u00e9 \u00e0 la richesse d\u2019un territoire, est aussi un outil qui a pour but de sensibiliser le grand public, les \u00e9lus et professionnels au monde agricole.
